
✨ How a Session Unfolds
Every session is designed to be a safe, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself and move toward your goals. While each service has its own unique focus, the flow of our time together follows a gentle rhythm:
1. Introduction & Grounding (5–10 minutes)
We begin by settling in, introducing ourselves, and creating a calm space. This may include a short grounding exercise, breathwork, or simply a check‑in to see how you’re arriving today.
2. Exploring Value‑Based Goals (10–15 minutes)
Together, we identify what matters most to you. We’ll talk about your values, current challenges, and the outcomes you’d like to move toward. This sets the direction for the session.
3. Service‑Specific Practice (25–30 minutes)
Here’s where each service unfolds differently:

🌸 Session Length: Standard sessions run for 60 minutes. Retreats and special experiences may extend to 90 minutes or longer.
🌿 Location Options: Online via Zoom, outdoors in nature (parks, beaches, bushland), or at a safe space of your choice.
