Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Soul Trails Coaching sessions are designed to provide value through personal growth and wellbeing. Because time is reserved specifically for you, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

2. Cancellations

​

• More than 24 hours before the session: You may cancel or reschedule without penalty. A full refund will be issued if requested.

• Within 24 hours of the session: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non‑refundable. You may reschedule once at no additional cost.

• No‑shows: If you do not attend your session without notice, the session fee is non‑refundable.

3. Retreats and Special Programs

​

Due to limited spaces and upfront costs, retreats and extended programs require a non‑refundable deposit. The balance may be refunded if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 14 days are non‑refundable.

4. Technical Issues

​

If a session cannot be completed due to technical difficulties (e.g., internet failure, platform issues), we will reschedule at no extra cost or provide a refund at our discretion.

5. Refund Process

​

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
